Ironbark Ciderworks began in 2016 with the vision of one woman who wanted to enjoy alcohol without compromising her health or her palate. After an exhausting search and many underwhelming drinks, she realized that she wasn’t going to find what she wanted, so she decided to make her own.

With the help of an amazing team of inspired and dedicated people, Ironbark Ciderworks came to life in 2017 as haven for those who valued their well-being and appreciated a good drink. It became a sanctuary of life-conscious libations, where every drop is crafted with mindful consideration of it's impact on our bodies.

 

Our cider is a testament to nature's bounty, made with only the finest all-natural ingredients: juice, teas, and herbs. We never compromise on quality, and we never use preservatives – because we believe that great taste should always come naturally.

Ironbark was established with two core goals in mind. Firstly, to craft a cider that is not only delicious but also mindful – free from gluten, animal products, preservatives, added sulfites, and sugar. Secondly, and most importantly, to create a haven – a safe space where women and the LGBTQ community could enjoy their time free from the shackles of bro-culture and the overbearing patriarchy.
